TeleDirect has an CRM solution for all your CRM needs. If you would like to load the leads our CSRs capture into the CRM system you are currently using, we have an API (Application Programming Interface) that allows you to do just that. That means you can keep using the CRM solution you are familiar with and not reinvent the wheel. We believe in making your CRM solution just that…a solution…not a problem. So, if you are happy with the CRM system you are currently using, we make it possible for you to continue using the same CRM tool.

If you are a Salesforce user, you will be happy to know that our data integrates seamlessly with Salesforce also because we are part of the Saleforces AppExchange. Our integration with Salesforce makes this an easy CRM solution for you and Salesforce your obvious CRM tool.

If, however, you have no current CRM system in place, you are welcome to use our proprietary CRM solution. Our simple-to-use web based CRM tool allows you to print mailing labels, set up follow up reminders, and set the status on each lead.
